Shipping policy

A. SHIPPING OPTIONS

Worldwide shipping.

We use two shipping options, depending on destination country:

1. DHL Express - for majority of counties, we use DHL Express shipping service.

Packages are delivered by the courier. Estimated delivery times, from the moment package is shipped, are 2-3 days for European counties, 3-5 days for North America and 3-7 days for rest of the World.

If orders are subject to import duties, this can take day or two longer - in this case, local DHL branch may charge their passing-through-customs service - please check with local DHL office before ordering!

In order to keep shipping fees on reasonable level, we ship in bulk, so we ship only twice a week - on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Tracking number is provided and shipment progress is updated daily.

DHL is not delivering to P.O. Boxes.

DHL cannot ship to Russian Federation.

1. Standard International Shipping - we use this shipping option only for shipping to Russian Federation and Israel.

Packages are sent via Serbian Post Office, then delivered via national post service at the destination.

Estimated delivery times, from the moment package is shipped, are 7-10 days for European counties, 7-10 days for Russian Federation, 7-14 days for North America and 7-21 days for Rest of the World. Sometimes delivery can take few days longer, up to 30 days, because custom clearance in destination country can take some time.

Orders sent using Standard International Shipping are dispatched within three days upon payment.

Tracking number is provided and shipment can be traced through destination country's Post.

B. PRICES

All prices shown on our web site are export prices - without Serbian VAT. Serbian VAT is not calculated for items shipped out of Serbia.

C. INVOICE

All orders are followed with original invoice, stating value of goods + shipping value. Invoice is placed in the package. If you wish your package to be sent with low value invoice, please contact us before ordering.

D. IMPORT FEES

RacingDiffs Ltd. is located in Serbia, Europe. Serbia is not member state of European Union.

Depending on the destination country, some orders can be subject to import duty taxes. Usually there is certain value limit. If price of the product + shipping is bellow that limit, there will be no import taxes; but if product price + shipping price is above that limit, there will be some import tax . These taxes are paid to destination country Customs and this expense is not related to RacingDiffs.

USA - For goods originating from Serbia, there are no import taxes for USA.

E. TRACKING

Tracking for different shipping options.

1. Shipments sent using DHL Express service.

Once order is dispatched, automated e-mail with tracking number will be sent to provided e-mail.

Shipment can be traced using DHL Express web tool.

Please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the above address.

2. Shipments sent using Standard International Shipping service.

Once order is dispatched, automated e-mail with tracking number will be sent to provided e-mail.

Shipment can be traced using Serbian Post Office web tool. Once "Izmenična pošta" is listed, shipment has left Serbia. Day or two after dispatch, it can be traced using destination country post office web tools (list of web tools for different countries).
