This website is operated by RacingDiffs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to RacingDiffs. RacingDiffs offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
We support PayPal as a payment gateway option.
BANCA INTESA AD BEOGRAD handles payment cards processing services for this site.
2. SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship worldwide.
There are two shipping options, depending on the destination country:
1. DHL Express - for majority of countries, we use DHL Express shipping service.
Packages are delivered by the courier. From the moment the package is shipped,the estimated delivery times are: 2-3 days for Europe, 3-5 days for North America and 3-7 days for the Rest of the World.
If orders are subject to import duties, this can take a day or two longer.
Your local DHL branch may charge you for passing-through-customs service - please check with your local DHL office before ordering!
In order to keep shipping fees reasonable, we ship in bulk, so we ship only twice a week - on Tuesday and Friday.
Your tracking number is provided and the shipment progress is updated daily.
DHL is not delivering to P.O. Boxes.
DHL can’t ship to the Russian Federation at the moment.
2. Standard International Shipping - for shipping to the Russian Federation, Israel and Romania (In case you don’t have EORI number).
Packages are sent via the Serbian Post Office and delivered via the National Postal service at the destination.
From the moment the package is shipped, the estimated delivery times are: 7-10 days for Europe, 7-10 days for the Russian Federation, 7-14 days for North America, 7-21 days for the Rest of the World.
Delivery times can take up to 30 days, due to custom clearance in the destination country.
Orders sent using the Standard International Shipping are dispatched within three days upon payment.
Your tracking number is provided and shipment can be tracked via the destination country's postal service.
3. TRACKING
Once order is dispatched, an automated e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
Shipments sent with DHL Express can be tracked using the DHL Express web tool.
Shipments sent using Standard International Shipping service can be tracked using Serbian Post Office web tool. Once "Izmenična pošta" is displayed , the shipment has left Serbia.
Please allow time for the status of the shipment to be updated.
4. PRICES
All prices shown on our website are export prices - excluding the Serbian VAT.
The Serbian VAT does not apply to items shipped out of Serbia.
5. INVOICE
All deliveries include the original invoice, detailing the value of goods and shipping costs If you want to discuss different invoicing options , please contact us before ordering.
6. IMPORT FEES
RacingDiffs is based in Serbia, Europe. Serbia is not a member state of the European Union.
Depending on the destination country, some orders can be subject to import duty taxes. Usually there is a certain value limit. If the product price + shipping costs are bellow that limit, there will be no import taxes; if product price + shipping costs is above that limit, import taxes may apply. These taxes are paid to the destination country’s Customs Department and not related to RacingDiffs.

USA - For goods originating from Serbia, there are no import taxes for the USA.
7. PAYMENTS AND EXCANGE RATES
In case you using PayPal all exchange rates or fees (if exist) are handled by PayPal and are in accordance with current PayPal terms & services.
In case you pay by a payment card payments will be effected in Serbian currency - Serbian dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in EUR into Serbian dinar (RSD) according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
8. PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL PAYMENT CARD TRANSACTION DATA
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently state-of-the-art cryptographic technologies.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is done on the bank's website. Not even one payment card information is currently available to our system.
9. RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods for a full refund (minus customs and initial shipping expenses).
You can return your purchase for up to 45 days from the purchase date.
Before you send the package, you should contact our customer support agent for further instructions on support@racingdiffs.com.
We will accept only packages sent through regular Post office to the address provided by our support agent.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Return customs expenses and possible import fees caused by unapproved return will be paid by the customer.
Refund requests regarding to high import fees won't be accepted - please check Shipping info above before ordering.
